Colares foi uma importante regi\u00e3o vin\u00edcola desde a Idade M\u00e9dia, apelidada de \u00abBordeaux de Portugal\u00bb, e \u00e9 famosa pelas suas vinhas n\u00e3o enxertadas, pr\u00e9-filoxera, uma raridade na Europa. <\/p>\n<p>A casta emblem\u00e1tica \u00e9 a Ramisco, exclusiva de Colares, que produz vinhos tintos robustos e t\u00e2nicos com notas de cereja, cedro e bals\u00e2mico.
