HEDONE CASCAIS

Cascais is the premier holiday destination in the Lisbon coastline, and arguably Portugal’s most chic resort. Less than a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, Cascais and nearby Estoril are known as the Portuguese Riviera, offering several picturesque sandy beaches, and an old town built around a lively marina. The place of holiday of royals, presidents and celebrities, glamour and quality of life are always present in Cascais. There is so much to love about Cascais!

The Property

Our property is located in Quinta da Bicuda/Quinta da Marinha, the most exclusive and prestigious area of Cascais and Lisbon. Tucked away between the Atlantic sea and the mountains of the Sintra-Cascais Natural park, the property is just a 10-minute bike ride from the town’s centre and from the famous Guincho beach. Two stunning golf courses are in close proximity, together with tennis courts, equestrian center, commerce and plenty of green spaces. The ideal place for those who are looking for tranquility and safety.

The property comprises a main house (three-storey villa) and a smaller detached house situated in a 3200 sqm plot. The detached house is made of one bedroom and a kitchen/dinning room. At this time, only the detached house is available to be rented. In addition, the outdoor space of the property can be rented for corporate and private events.
