HEDONE SINTRA
Simply put, Sintra is one of the most beautiful places you can image. Home to mystical castles and palaces, enchanted gardens hidden in majestic pine forests, Sintra is a UNESCO World Heritage site full of history and romanticism, just half an hour drive from Lisbon. It is not hard to see why Portuguese royals and aristocrats loved coming to magical Sintra for centuries in the summer and for hunting. Famous British poet Lord Byron was so impressed with Sintra that he called it “Glorious Eden” and “the most beautiful village in the world”.
